The three segments within our Account Manager Training Program include:

- Strategies for developing effective presentations

- How to win new customers
- How to Retail customers
- Public speaking
- Corporate Trainer – Areas of knowledge include:
- How to market yourself
- Goal attainment
- How to play to win-win
- How to transfer knowledge
- How to manage a team
- Operations Manager – Areas of knowledge include:
- Daily operations
- How to interview potential team members
- How to manager financials
- Administration
- Business development
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete extensive training regarding the product line
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss their best options
- Visit customers on-site to show how the product works
- Complete quotes
- Administrative functions: running credit applications, processing transaction paperwork, etc.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Our Clients are all leaders in their respective industries, thus we are selective about who we bring into our company to represent them.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal micro-management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
