Client:
- Our client is a Veteran Owned Commercial Landscaping Company in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities/Activities
- The principal responsibilities of this position are the following:
- Lead and organize the client services effort in accordance with contract goals and budget for the property while maintaining a standard of excellence.
- Create and communicate accurate estimates for client services.
- Works hand and hand with operations management on expectations of the client ensuring proper execution.
- Maintain communication with customers/clients on all properties regarding contract schedules.
- Regularly schedule visits to jobs sites and meetings with clients to determine their needs, interests, and optimal solutions.
- Audit quality of services and communicate observations to field operations.
- Network, keeping client “first of mind”, including trade association meetings, trade shows, golf tournament, and other events throughout the Greater Nashville Commercial Arena.

Requirements
- Commercial Maintenance Experience (With outgoing personality)
- Experience in Landscaping Industry in a similar position
- Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
- Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings.
- Pro-active attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic.
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Clean driving record
