Overview:
Compliance Exchange Group (www.cxgllc.com) is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its group of companies. The Account Manager will report directly to the firm’s Director of Growth.
We require a well-organized, self-motivated individual that is interested in a long-term opportunity to grow with a successful consulting and investment firm. The Account Manager is expected to add value, work efficiently and constantly strive to improve team performance throughout their function.
This is full-time remote position. The Account Manager will be required to attend daily Zoom and/or phone calls with various staff to communicate with the CXG staff and clients.
Job Summary
The Account Manager is primarily responsible for retaining and growing assigned clients within the Broker Dealer industry through exceptional services, regular communication, and proactive solutions. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between assigned clients and CXG personnel.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact and conduit of information between clients and CXG personnel.
- Maintain touch points with clients as they transition from one CXG department to another in pursuit of client business objectives.
- Work with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Maintain effective and long-lasting relationships with clients to advise and offer additional services to meet emerging client requirements.
- Support new and existing client accounts
- Keep both buyers and sellers of M&A transactions advised of transaction regulatory approval status.
- Ensure accomplishment of client required action items to enable successful completion of M&A transactions.
- Maintain open communication and productive relationship with clients as they work with CXG.
- Convey client feedback to Directors of Growth, Director of Operations, and other CXG personnel.
- Function as team member to solve obstacles to successful completion of client objectives.
Qualifications
- ACTIVE FINRA SIE Required
- Active or Expired FINRA Series 7 or 6 preferred
- 2+ years relevant financial services experience
Additional
- Customer service, organization and time management skills to successfully manage multiple clients at varying stages of a defined regulatory process.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while integrating with a larger team to accomplish client objectives.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters involved in this position
- Confident and resourceful in problem solving
- Consistently demonstrates added value to the firm
