Account Manager - Branch Mit

Brookway Horticultural Services Houston, TX is looking for a talented ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Branch MIT who has a proven track record of success in managing multiple crews and worksites. This individual must be energetic, dedicated, and able to build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Position duties:

· Uncompromised customer service!

· Help coordinate, direct, and schedule field operations

· Routine property visits to inspect for quality standards

· Discuss property enhancement ideas with clients

· Build proposals to present to clients

· Order/coordinate necessary materials for projects

· Train and develop field operations for efficiency and safety

Experience/skills/expectations:

· Prior supervisory experience in landscaping industry preferred(5+ yrs)

· Strong leadership skills

· Prior Sales experience

· Excellent organization/time management skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Great critical thinking and problem-solving ability

· Dependability/ability to work when needed(10 hr. shifts/some weekends/on call)

· Strong computer skills

· Heavy equipment experience a BIG plus.

· Irrigation experience a BIG plus.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a BIG plus.
