Responsibilities
No Sales Experience Necessary - we will train you!
As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Contact an assigned minimum number of current and potential customers by phone and field visits daily to explain services offered.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through consistently ethical behavior and excellent communication skills.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with prospective customers.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Follow-up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.
• Continuously develop skills in a fast-growing industry.

Qualifications
No experience required - training will be provided!

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
