Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and promote company products or services
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
