What you’ll do
- Deliver revenue and margin targets at named accounts
- Continuously develop relationships with customer stakeholders, understand primary business objectives, and recommend value deliverables
- Communicate with Customer Success Manager and Territory Sales Managers as it relates to pursuing new agreements and increasing customer wallet-share
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities, bring velocity to the sales process
- Generate formal quotes, follow-ups, and actively document results in CRM
- Communicate customer activity, opportunity status, and plan progress to inside sales manager
- Engage internal stakeholders to support and create customer solutions
- Experience in sales process and take the lead in sales engagements
- All other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years proven sales experience
- History of success maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM software; Salesforce desired
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
- Ability to communicate with a diverse population of people
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to think critically and analyze issues based on data
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Willing and able to embrace and adapt to change
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail
- Works independently with minimal supervision
