Job Title: Account Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, acquiring new customer sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored landscaping solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Task Management:
- Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule services.
- Ensure that services are executed according to client specifications.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct site audits to inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met and offer any property needs to client.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, scope of work and service agreements with clients.
Budget Management:
- Meet set monthly sales goals.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and financial metrics.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate client expectations and project requirements to operations team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative landscaping solutions and improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of landscaping principles, practices, and materials is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
