In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, leading the charge in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales planning. Your ability to understand the intricacies of our clients' logistics needs and articulate the value proposition of our innovative solutions will be crucial to your success

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships through face to face sales meeting on all assigned accounts to ensure client retention while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales plan for accounts to achieve specified revenue and margin goals
• Understand client problems and challenges while looking for opportunities to offer, sell and implement transportation solutions that they do not currently have
• Develop account specific growth plans and metrics to track success
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer needs and company goals are met
• Identify opportunities to connect customer with other services that the company offers to improve their network and drive revenue
• Ensure that all customer requested metrics are adhered to exceed client expectations

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent related work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management in Transportation or Logistics industry
• Solid customer relationship management experience and skills
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self starter with the ability to get work accomplished with urgency and clarity
• General knowledge of transportation or logistics industry account management
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Pay: $55,547.00 - $61,275.00 per year
