DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures customers are fully engaged and getting the value they expect from the products/services. Accountable for assisting in new client onboarding and training, in conjunction with project management, strategy and onboarding process partners.
Executes meetings and events to educate and guide customers on products and services and its benefits to support customer buying selection. Meets with assigned customers on a recurring basis, including personal onsite visits to customers' offices and conferences, quarterly account/business reviews, and recurring touch points throughout the month. Clearly communicate customer initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate Lenderworks initiative progress to clients Prepare reports and updates leadership on account status. Acts as a client advocate and may give input into process improvements, product design or additional tools customers need. Works with other department team members to help resolve assigned customers' request/issues.
Escalates client related issues as appropriate. Liaise between the customer and internal teams to effectively communicate client business objectives. Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize products/services based on the customer's business needs.
Follows procedures that optimize the customer experience. Update and document activities for new accounts into systems (Salesforce, ConnectWise, SharePoint) in an accurate and timely manner. • Work to retain at-risk and assigned customers.
Gather feedback from customers and analyze customer data to identify the best practices. Collaborate with sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within clients' organization. Track revenue growth and volume transactions and ramp opportunities in Salesforce accordingly.
Delivery monthly reports (SLA/metrics/etc.) to clients. Assist accounting team with outstanding invoices. Clearly communicate with and update clients when service disruptions take place.
Review client portfolios and communicate upgrades or other opportunities that may benefit them. Support sales and renewal activity, where necessary.
