Greenturf Inc is a maintenance and design build company looking to hire a full time Account Manager. The Residential Account Manager oversees all interaction with the customer and keeps the client informed as to all aspects of the maintenance process. This role is responsible for all communication and interactions with the client.

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks may include site visits, negotiating contracts, building proposals and discussing with the client
- Interface with client in a professional and courteous manner
- Help enforce quality and safety standards
- Must be proficient with company software / proficient using a smart phone
- Reviews all bids / proposals
- Develops new residential accounts and prepares bids for the maintenance supervisor to review
Skill Set:
- Minimum of three years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Possess excellent computer skills
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Professionalism
- Have a clean criminal record
