Form of workThe Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and to ensure both short- and long-term profitability at assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client.
What we would like to see:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.
- 3+ years of Account Manager experience required.
- Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential.
- Technical sales experience a plus.
- Design-Build fundamentals a plus.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal internally and externally are essential.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
