Job Duties:
- Drives sales and meets sales goals through prospecting, consistent communication, outstanding customer service and unlimited product options.
- Services accounts from start to finish including sourcing customers, managing initial requests and changes to projects, processing orders and payments, communicating with in house departments and outside vendors, working with universities and national organization contacts and resolving any customer issues.
- Engages with the sales manager and team and has a passion for creativity, growth and having fun.
- Represents the company with integrity, a positive attitude and a willingness to serve others.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Confidence and belief in the company and products offered, willingness to learn and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently, high desire for achievement and meeting sales goals, strong customer service mindset, organized and able to manage multiple communication channels across different departments.
