TrustDALE connects consumers with good quality companies and investigates companies who intentionally harm consumers. Recent market research shows that Dale Cardwell (and the TrustDALE brand) is second ONLY to Clark Howard in the consumer advocate role. Wow! We are seeking a personable, driven, and meticulous Account Executive who will be passionate about helping locally owned and operated companies leverage Dale’s brand to better reach their consumers and their growth goals. The ideal candidate will have an unquestionable work ethic, a love of serving others, as well as an insatiable desire to succeed!

An Account Executive at TrustDALE can rest assured that they are representing a trusted, respected, and established brand. This person will thoroughly understand TrustDALE’s core focus of being a business of integrity, enabling them to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities, meet assigned sales targets, and cultivate strong client relationships. Must have experience cold calling, setting appointments, and closing business face-to-face.

What’s In It for You?

  • First six months guaranteed at an annual rate of $65,000
  • Month seven, guaranteed annual salary of $33,900 plus commission
  • Commissions based on monthly sales and paid at end of each month for previous month’s sales (10% for new business and 5%-7% for repeat business)
  • UNCAPPED commissions
  • Existing book of business will be provided at the end of training
  • Primarily remote (First two months in office every other day for onboarding. Then, once per month for team meeting. Additional office time may be required as needed.
  • Car allowance - $300/month
  • Cell phone allowance - $50/month
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) - available 90 days after employment begins, company pays 50% of the premiums (for the employee only)
  • 401K - match is 100% up to 3% and 50% up to the next 2% with a max of 4% matching contribution
  • Nine paid holidays
  • 16 PTO days for year one and year two - 21 PTO days at the start of year three

Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in direct B2B sales
  • Successful direct sales track record with references to back it
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Naturally driven to make a lot of calls as well as attend current and potential new client meetings daily
  • Experience creating compelling presentations and delivering them with success
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office and CRMs
  • Ability to service accounts consistently with practices that are tried and true
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background check and MVR

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients
  • Conduct compelling and informative presentations to potential clients, educating them on the services and value of TrustDALE
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure to campaign setup, execution, and ongoing servicing of the account
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to help ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Proactively engage with existing clients quarterly to review TrustDALE performance and identify additional opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
  • Report to and meet sales goals provided by General Sales Manager
