Account Executive Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers. Your primary focus will be on selling our product portfolio of solutions to galleries, boutiques, and stores, within the Art and Jewelry Verticals. You will understand their needs, and provide solutions that add value to their operations and scale their businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teammates in sales development, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
General
- Gain a foundational comprehension of ArtCloud’s product portfolio to become a dependable customer resource for galleries.
- Undergo ArtCloud training to become proficient in the HubSpot CRM system.
Prospecting / Lead Generation
- Create target prospect gallery/boutique/store lists by researching and evaluating Ideal Customer Profile, the “right fit” customers through web research
Qualifying Leads and Updating Prospect Records
- In the research phase, ensure Hubspot records are kept current by updating location, segment, and all accessible contact details.
- As a component of the qualification process, create profiles for accounts and Identify the primary decision-makers at art businesses, adding their contact information and titles to HubSpot.
- Maintain accurate records for leads that are determined unqualified or not a fit, preventing future misdirected outreach efforts.
Top of the Funnel Activity
- Following lead qualification, initiate the first contact through email sequences and phone calls to the gallery, all managed through HubSpot. This initial contact progression moves the lead to the “Marketing Qualified Lead” stage.
- During the research and early contact phase, identify any specific business requirements of the gallery and communicate ArtCloud’s solutions, initiating the sales cycle.
- Set appointments (demos or intro calls) for yourself when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Ensure a successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Hubspot and providing thorough handoff to the sales team.
Consultative Selling:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand the challenges and goals of prospective clients.
- Throughout the Live demo, articulate the value proposition of ArtCloud’s Product Portfolio and how they address the specific needs of each client.
- Customize presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
- Utilize HubSpot software to track interactions, update customer information, and report on sales metrics.
- Manage all aspects of interaction and outreach to advance each Opportunity to Closed Won.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.
- Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Market Research and Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and feature requests.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the customer success team to onboard new clients and facilitate a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and proficiency in Google Drive
