Job Summary:
Orin Rice is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of end-to-end Software Solutions tailored for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses. Our client is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing a mix of marketing-generated leads and self-generated opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Benefits/Compensation:
Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
Commission structure matching base salary for a targeted OTE of $140,000 - $160,000 annually.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software sales or a related industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
Familiarity with the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
Identify and pursue self-generated opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales development team to follow up on qualified leads and convert them into opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position solutions in the market.
