- Strategic planning: Plan and analyze business strategies to achieve key account revenue objectives
- Partnership development: Develop effective partnerships with Demand Planning organization in creating sales forecasts
- Sales monitoring: Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales for trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies on a weekly basis
- Retail optimization: Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand as well as deliver increased retailer gross margins
- Marketing expansion: Seek growth opportunities driven by advertising and marketing (promotional/in-store opportunities and advertising)
- Retail collaboration: Interact with retailers regional teams (multi-store accounts) to improve Product placement and brand
- Prospect engagement: Visit prospects in stores and at trade shows, and actively develop rapport

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of sales experience preferably to department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores preferred
- 1-3 years of leadership and people management experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills required
- SAP Experience a plus
This position has a compensation range of $91,505-$114,386. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
