The Account Executive is critical to our long term growth and to help continue to drive our success. We’re looking for a self starter that can expand our reach and bring on new clients. It’s an exciting time at The Ink Stitch Club’s growth and this role will be at center stage.

What This Role Entails:

  • Building a book of business through outbound prospecting efforts (calling, emailing, in-person)

  • Creating new opportunities and closing business

  • Building and growing relationships with our largest prospects

  • Being knowledgeable about our industry and the products/services sold by our company as well as attend industry events

  • Tracking customer interactions in our CRM

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Outstanding communication skills (face-to-face, email and phone)

  • A dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible

  • Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight

  • Relentless go-getter. A hustler.

  • Strong writing and phone skills

  • 3-5 Years of experience in b2b sales roles preferred

  • Proficient with sales technology tools
