Job Description
If you are energetic, enthusiastic, results-driven, and have sales experience, working for Outdoor Keepers can be a highly satisfying and rewarding experience for you. Our Account Executives will manage the full cycle of the sales process from prospecting to managing won accounts. Your job is to contact leads, establish rapport, describe the services offered, successfully get contracts executed, and build a solid network for future repeat sales.

Daily Responsibilities
· Acquire new service accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions
· Drive business to maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and services presentations
· Possess and enthusiastically communicate knowledge of Outdoor Keeper’s services and brand image
· Capture client information and actively develop a client base by consistently adding information to further promote new and existing relationships
· Provide outstanding customer service at all times
· Regularly contact clients regarding new services updates and follow up
· Convert prospects to customers
Qualifications:
· Prior sales experience
· Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, professional demeanor
· Self-motivated, able to quickly absorb and communicate service offerings
· Entrepreneurial spirit; confidence to perform on a salary plus incentive-based compensation plan
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ambitious, hardworking, team-oriented, and deeply passionate about customer success
· Highly organized with great follow-up and time management skills.
· Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
· Meet or exceed the sales goals.
