Expected base salary range
Depending on location and experience of candidate: $80-90,000/year plus incentive
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Build, manage and grow channel partner sales pipeline
- Build, manage and grow direct sales pipeline
- Quickly develop and maintain strong product knowledge and able to demonstrate value to prospects
- Follow documented sales process and tasks
- Applies PairSoft's consultative sales process, reporting requirements and policies
- Maintains sales records in Salesforce system and other tools
- Consistently meet or exceed quota goals
- Minimum completed high school level education, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years technology sales / SaaS experience with a strong track record exceeding quota
- Accounting / AP or document / workflow management solution sales experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and Sage Intacct Channel a plus
- Ability to consistently close deals through pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated, high energy and demonstrated team player. Hunter style personality is highly preferred
- Ability to work under minimal supervision yet understand the need for regular communication and coordination with management
- Detailed oriented and outstanding organizations skills
- Creative problem-solving skills required
- Experience with Business Process Automation or ERP a plus
