We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.
Through this we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. Position Overview
As an Account Executive at Strive Pharmacy, you will be a driving force in our expansion strategy, focusing on identifying and establishing our presence in new licensed markets. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and cultivating new client relationships, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the comprehensive solutions offered by Strive Pharmacy. Your ability to navigate new territories, leverage your sales expertise, and build strong connections will be pivotal in achieving success.
- This is an inside sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Strategically identify and target new licensed markets for Strive Pharmacy's products and services, considering regulatory requirements and business opportunities.
- New Clinic Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to acquire new clients in untapped markets, leveraging your sales experience and understanding of the industry.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Prescribers, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within potential clinic organizations, positioning Strive Pharmacy as a trusted partner.
- Consultative Selling: Collaborate with future clinic prospects to understand their unique needs, and challenges, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of Strive Pharmacy's product offerings.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering on revenue goals while contributing to market expansion.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive activities to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including CSRs, pharmacy, marketing, and product development, to provide market feedback and contribute to the optimization of our product offerings.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing how Strive Pharmacy's solutions align with their needs—lead negotiation processes to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to sales management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to new markets and regulatory environments.
- Performance was driven by, Sales targets, KPI, and monthly quotas
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for conquering new challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Competitive salary + commission ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on experience and performance, with a performance-based commission structure.
