Account Executive - Real Estate Disposition

As a key player in the growth of our company, you'll build relationships, negotiate deals, analyze numbers, and sign contracts with motivated buyers/investors. Our team provides the support you need to succeed with the requirement to be in the area for property inspections when necessary. We're looking for a persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will use our designated CRM to manage and grow the sales pipeline while providing top-notch service to clients. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 at planned yearly commission

• Take charge of the disposition process, which involves identifying and qualifying potential buyers, negotiating deals, and closing transactions
• Oversee and create leads for potential buyers
• Maintain records and input data into the company's CRM to monitor progress and evaluate performance
• Communicate with buyers to provide details of properties in order to generate contracts
• Establish connections with industry professionals and organizations to cultivate relationships and generate new leads
• Nurture strong connections with clients and deliver exceptional throughout the disposition process
• Create and implement an effective exit strategy to maximize returns on investments

• Knowledge in Real Estate sales or related fields
• Understanding of trends in the Real Estate market, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare proforma projections
• Strong ability to negotiate and deal-making skills
• Experience with property management, marketing, and property valuation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with CRM software and database management
• Strong research, analytical, and data management skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
