Handle Marketing is actively seeking dynamic individuals for a new role where you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our services. As a key player in our team, you'll focus on contacting subcontractors within a designated territory, encouraging them to join our subcontractor network. At Handle Marketing, we specialize in aiding small businesses through services like social media marketing, SEO, web design, and ad campaign management. In this role, you'll be instrumental in connecting subcontractors with opportunities to bid on projects tailored to their expertise. We collaborate with major General Contractors involved in diverse projects, from towering skyscrapers to the creation of residential spaces. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships, acting as a point of contact for inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for subcontractors. What you’ll do:
•Conduct cold calls to recruit subcontractors for Handle Subcontractor Network.
•Manage a dynamic pipeline, making strategic calls, sending emails.
•Work within a designated territory, prospecting for new accounts.
•Build and nurture customer relationships, becoming an expert in understanding clients’ business objectives and challenges.
What it takes to succeed:
•1-2 years of sales experience.
Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred
•Demonstrate proficiency in performance-based digital marketing, with a preference for cost-per-click advertising products. Preferred
•Able to adapt to new challenges, showcasing a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
•Employ strategic selling skills and showcase understanding of online media and metrics.
•Be proficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
***In this role, compensation is primarily commission-based, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to the sales or performance targets you achieve. This structure is designed to reward your success and incentivize strong performance.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
