- Build a book of new business, determining necessary strategy to achieve clients’ goals.
- Strategically and creatively build a pipeline of sales targets.
- Partner with Account Managers to manage, renew and upsell existing clients, ensuring clients’ needs are being met.
- Accurately project and forecast activity of all accounts.
- Prepare quality proposals and respond to RFPs in a timely manner.
- Develop presentations and marketing materials.
- Position solutions against competitive offerings in marketplace.
- Work directly with leading brands and media companies to help them solve their online video needs.
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com.
- Actively manage leads pipeline and campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives.
- You have 7+ years of Ad Sales and/or Media, Ad Agency or Digital Agency experience.
- Have successfully worked with Publicis and/or Group M.
- You have a proven track record of closing new and growing already established business.
- You have knowledge of online video, OTT, digital advertising, programmatic media, analytics, and technology companies.
- You have solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
- You are a team player that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment.
- You are a highly motivated and results-driven self-starter.
- You have earned a Bachelor’s degree.

For New York-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $114,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $131,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
