About the Role
The Regional Account Executive role is responsible for the overall B&M sales growth in the NYC Metro area as well as the overall belif B&M sales growth (LY) for Northeast and Southeast Regions.
You will report to the National Field Manager.
Responsibilities
- Reports to National Field Manager regarding Education Sales Specialist updates, strategies on sales growth per assigned region, in store activations and activities, sales reports and sales growth for retail partner, strategies and plans for future B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the NYC, Northeast and Southeast Regions
- Manages Education Sales Specialist overall performance and sales growth per assigned region.
- Responsible for Education Sales Specialist timesheets approvals, weekly schedule approvals, plans and opportunities for B&M sales growth per Education Sales Specialist Region
- Support elevated in store events, retailer led events and belif branded promotions for retail partners.
- Responsible for weekly reports based on in-store events, brand reporting, retailers weekly reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in the retail beauty/ cosmetic environment required. This position is salary based and work 40 hours per week- 1 day (Monday) dedicated to office day/ 4x days in store to support sales growth, education, and training for retail partners and in store events for the overall B&M sales growth of belif. Saturday and Sundays are dedicated to retail visits and sales support.
- Must be willing to travel throughout the NYC Metro area to visit retail stores.
- Must be willing to travel outside of the NYC Metro area to support the Northeast and Southeast Regions to visit Education Sales Specialist 1-2 visits a year.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $60k - $70k
