Sales Executives lead the Fire Service business development activities for the Enterprise Zone by uncovering and developing sales opportunities through relationships with end users and facility management companies. Working with sales resources throughout the country, you are expected to generate and manage a large number of highly qualified opportunities for Smart Infrastructure Fire Services.

At your direction, assigned area resources will handle technical and proposal responsibilities while your focus is on developing and establishing strong ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, contracting personnel, and owners. This individual shall be an expert on Siemens existing contracting vehicles and strategies and shall work to favorably position us for new Fire Service business. As a Sales Executive, you will: Drive programmatic engagement at a high level within the accounts to drive service agreement growth for Siemens Develop business opportunities and generate sales volume Develop projects to enhance the company's probability of success through price and preference Neutralize or put competition at a disadvantage Support Area and Zone sales management with strategic planning and forecasting Maintain technical competence of company's products, applications and services Represent Siemens in industry associations, professional organization and affiliations Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory approval ratings and to create outstanding customer value Handle estimating responsibility for large multi-site RFP's Work hand in hand with Enterprise operations to ensure pre/post sale alignment You will make an impact with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or state-recognized GED Ability to travel 50% Demonstrate an expert knowledge of Fire Services; 4+ years experience in the Fire Service industry Experience in sales, businessdevelopment, or consulting within the commercial fire alarm, sprinkler,suppression, life safety or similar commercial building/constructionindustries.

Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree You'll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
