```Job Summary Working at Adorama as a B2B Account Executive, the successful candidate will have a hunter disposition, laser-focused approach on generating new business, and a champion mentality. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for generating commercial results via new customer acquisition and developing a sufficient, cross-selling pipeline within existing named accounts. Having the ability to uncover organizational pain points, this candidate will need to coach prospects/clients through the purchase process. Need a strong understanding of industry trends across key sectors (Media, Broadcast, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Sports, etc) and the ability to articulate Adorama’s differentiated solutions across product portfolio (I.E. Photo, video, drone, lighting and technology solutions). Responsibilities
- Ownership of territory and expectation of exceeding goals
- Believe traditional prospecting methods (I.E. Cold-Calling) are critical for securing meetings and delivering commercial success
- Strong ability to establish sufficient 5x quota pipeline and acquire new Enterprise (Fortune 1000) accounts
- Supplement new business acquisition with cross selling opportunities to grow wallet share of existing accounts
- Understanding on how to move opportunities out of the sales funnel or progress forward to ensure accurate forecasting
- Inquisitive approach to uncover client challenges and organizational dynamics through proactive outreach and discovery meetings
- Adept ability to align Adorama’s solutions and products to help solve the challenges of prospective client organizations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners to create winning solutions and resolve client issues
- Demonstrate professional and technical knowledge by participating in training opportunities
- Up to 25% regional travel to visit existing/potential customers
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise sales and solution selling of technology, consulting, hardware and/or services
- Hunter mentality and approach with a passion for creating new opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Adaptable and coachable mindset to succeed in a fast-paced environment and growing organization
- Demonstrated consultative selling approach with decisive focus on solutions
- Understanding of how to utilize prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo and Salesforce Lightning Dialer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Network of contacts in Broadcast, Production, Media, Retail, Sports Industries and general Fortune 1000 corporate markets

The salary for this position is $75,000 a year. This position is eligible for a commission based off sales and business needs.
