Account Executive

MINT CONDITION OF GEORGIA – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

(1 - 3 Years Business Development Experience Required)

Mint Condition, one of the leading national commercial cleaning companies, is looking to add a motivated, driven and goal-oriented Account Executive to our Atlanta, Georgia team. This challenging Account Executive position requires a candidate who possesses a successful sales track record, demonstrated leadership qualities, proven relationship management experience and strong communication skills.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC FUNCTION: Develop and sell janitorial and other building services, handle all monetary changes with existing Customers and assist Operations with Customer start-ups.

SALES

· Develop an effective sales program which includes generating leads through telemarketing, prospecting and referrals that result in closing a minimum of $4,500 per month in contract business.

· Workload buildings and prepare new business proposals which will be personally delivered to each prospective Customer.

· Plan and organize a marketing program around the annual sales goals including developing a target market list (Top 50), following up on past proposals and conducting prospecting calls.

· Use oral and written interpersonal skills to develop a Customer referral program

· Coordinate with Operations in the start-up of new accounts. Team with Operations on the initial walk-thru with the Customer.

· Perform other duties as needed in contributing to the overall success of the Company.

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION

· 1 – 3 years business to business sales.

· Ability to sell with professionalism, honesty and integrity.

· Strong prospecting, consultative and follow-up skills.

· Dynamic and professional personality.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

· Motivated by an uncapped commission structure.

· Highly detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).

· Associates degree required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
