Full Desk Life Science Search Consultant

We are currently looking to grow our Medical Device, Clinical Research, and Genomics/Genetics Technical team, and are hiring a Life Science Search Consultant to further expand our services. Day-to-day as a Kick-Ass Life Science Recruiter:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients secure new job orders
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition and market trends within the life science sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruiting strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Logging all actions and updates through ATS software.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience recruiting in the Life Sciences industry.
• SaaS and Health Tech experience.
• Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter or executive search consultant within the life science industry.
• Deep understanding of the executive talent landscape and current trends within the life science sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
