In this pivotal role, you'll not only be the primary contact for our clients but also drive cross-departmental collaboration, refine project management workflows, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Mason Interactive and clients, nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand and anticipate clients' business needs, working collaboratively to set strategic objectives and achieve measurable results.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to leverage expertise, ensuring cohesive strategy development and execution.
- Conduct regular account reviews to report on progress, adjust strategies as needed, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Champion the evolution of project management workflows to enhance efficiency, clarity, and outcomes across client projects.
- Manage internal timelines and deadlines, coordinating with teams to maintain a rigorous pace of work without compromising quality. Concurrently managing multiple accounts, projects & deadlines, according to client needs and objectives.
- Develop and ensure delivery of weekly agendas for client meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared to discuss progress, adjustments, and next steps.
- Provide comprehensive meeting recaps to both clients and internal teams, ensuring accountability and continuity in strategy execution and adjustments.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis, ensuring the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to offer cutting-edge solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and measurement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
