Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Deeply understand client needs and challenges, offering customized LED lighting solutions that meet their specific requirements and budget.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and solutions.
Negotiate and close sales orders, achieving pre-established sales targets and quotas.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment and post-sales support.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new LED technologies to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Prepare and present insightful sales reports, analyzing customer data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the lighting industry or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of LED lighting technology and its applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Total Comp potential $ 100,000
Total Comp Target $100,000 - $200,000

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
