The AE plays a pivotal role in establishing the tone, pace and path forward for the account. This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment to deliver best-in-class creative solutions to Clients. This individual will also seek to develop a thorough understanding of their Client’s business goals and objectives in order to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drives the work forward with flawless execution and lead certain projects from start to finish independently
- Manage account logistics flawlessly, from schedules to budgets, to production details and creative approvals
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities on the client’s behalf and prepare project status reports for client, agency and IAT as needed
- Work with the Account Director and/or Project Manager to ensure key projects/tasks have clear objectives, aligned owners and timing, and execute against those tasks and objectives
- Consistently exceed client expectations and maintain/improve the agency-client relationship, by anticipating client needs and providing proactive solutions
- Support the Account Director on larger-scale productions while also learning and gaining experience along the way
- Navigate the internal production process to support execution in a seamless & efficient manner
- Become educated and stay abreast of marketplace updates and all developments in client industries
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced
- Minimum 2-4 years of job experience in account management with a Creative Advertising
- Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing trends, strategy, and business
- Proficiency with numbers, budgeting and time management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Advanced knowledge of key business tools: Google Slides, Microsoft software
- Flexibility to travel when needed
- Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve
- Strong client-service orientation
