As an Account Coordinator at Ryan Marketing, you will play a vital role in assisting the Account team in managing client accounts, coordinating marketing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment while supporting the team in achieving client objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Account Team in managing client accounts and relationships

- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution

- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing strategies and campaign development

- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing initiatives

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications

- Support in monitoring project progress utilizing Project Mgmt Software, and traffic client feedback to drive results

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Entry-level experience in marketing, account management, or related roles

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
