Position Summary

We’re looking for top talent! At CVS/Aetna we are expanding our team and are looking for candidates who are looking for an opportunity to become a part of a rapidly growing business segment.

The candidate we are looking for will assist our Medicare sales team by making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to set appointments for the sales team throughout the market.

This is currently a hybrid position reporting to our Richmond office 3 days a week.

  • Make outbound calls to members and leads to transfer or set appointments for sales team.
  • Accept inbound calls to transfer or set appointments for sales team.
  • Follow-up with assigned leads.
  • Qualify leads to be transferred or set appointments for sales team.
  • Identify, and understand customer’s needs for our sales team to offer the best solution for their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer communication that will build strong customer relationships right from the start.
  • Maintain accurate conversations, notes, and customer contact in our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed goals for appointments.


Required Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and extract important information to provide the best service to our customers.
  • Excellent time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years call center or customer service experience.


Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
