FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Summary and Nature of the Work:
- The holder of this position will be responsible for supporting the Service Maintenance Sales, Projects, and Plumbing departments with certain aspects of their various needs to keep them running smoothly.
- The candidate must be well organized, customer service oriented, highly resourceful, and able to prioritize their time in a fast-paced environment.
- This person will be the primary point of contact for small maintenance and house accounts.
- This candidate should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- The holder of this position must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Written communication skills include creating, formatting, editing and/or finalizing reports, documents, and email notifications with accuracy.
- Generate and send renewal documentation to assigned maintenance and house account customers.
- Create and assign all monthly CRM journals for maintenance contract customers that renewed 90 days in the past and those renewing 90 days in the future
- Perform and log journals for ongoing customer CARE calls to assigned maintenance customers on regularly scheduled cadence
- Receive or follow up on all inquiry calls for projects or maintenance that come in through main reception
- Perform follow up CARE calls on all completed service projects
- Assign non-contract project customers as potential maintenance opportunities to appropriate Maintenance Sales Representatives
- Set up service project opportunities in CRM for Service Project Engineering Group, including customer contact information
- Initiate template letter with appropriate customer contact
- Attend regularly scheduled monthly renewal meetings
- Rebudget & retask contracts as needed
- Navigate CRM on regular basis for renewals, new projects and generating plumbing service quotes
- Helps support Maintenance Sales Team with service agreement start up packets and asset tag generation.
- High attention to detail, capable of proofing own work and work of others.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact will all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and priorities.
- Ability to work in high energy, and at times, high pressure environment while maintaining personal time management.
- Must have excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be proficient in using email, database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically, Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Salary Range: $22 to $24 an hour
