Avita is an ABA therapy provider who provides services to kids and young adults affected by Autism and other related disorders in home and school settings. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with your clients, and be given a caseload based on your availability and location. You will be unning programs that work on communication, social skills, daily living skills and more, and will be trained and supported by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who designs the programs and teaches you how to work with the individual.

Daily duties:

• Traveling to and between clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and treatment goals developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data

Job Requirements

• High School degree required
• Willing to have a background check
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel
• Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance

Benefits

• $20-$25 per hour starting rate, based on passing the RBT exam and experience
• Eligible for up to $30 per hour at your 6 month review, based on performance
• Eligible for PTO and paid holidays at your one year review, based on performance
