We are looking for Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analytic programs to our clients. You will receive regular supervision from a Board Supervised Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as ongoing training to ensure that you are well equipped to provide high-quality therapy.
No experience? No problem! We will pay you to get trained!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to pass Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Exam (see bacb.com for more info)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to interact in a positive and collegial manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
- Experience with Microsoft Word/PPT/Excel
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED) EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience implementing ABA programs
- 1 year of previous work experience with individuals with developmental delay
Job Types: Part-time with opportunity for full-time based on performance.
