Skills:
1. Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
2. 5+ years of drilling tools experience
3. Solidworks and CWI or equivalent product data management (PDM)
4. Experience in both development and sustaining processes
5. Demonstratable skills in data based decision making
6. Experience testing mud motors and drilling tools
7. Experience writing assembly procedures
8. Demonstratable knowledge of oil field materials, secondary processes (shot peen, hard facing) including thread selection, API standards and DS-1
9. Demonstratable experience analyzing mechanical assemblies in FEA (ANSYS preferred)
10. Comfortable working independently and in multi-functional/multi-national team
11. Knowledge of Project management fundamentals
12. Working knowledge of AutoCAD
13. Knowledge of Pulser/telemetry tools
