IT Functional Analyst Sr Staff - Renewals

We are global IT organization with 24x7 operation to enable and support our business users. Thus, position requires working with team from different time zones and geographic locations.
Our solutions use various SaaS applications, SAP CRM, SAP ECC, Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud, Oracle Cloud Applications (CPQ, OSC), purpose -build web applications, and business to business integrations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Salary: $142,500.00
Maximum Salary:$218,500.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

- Architect and manage solutions enabling growth and operations of our Global Services business.
- Be the IT owner and manage the application portfolio related to customer portal, service renewals, product subscriptions & licensing, and service contracts.
- Manage business demands, collaborate to prioritize, and roadmap the implementation plan.
- Influence end-to-end business model and process, gather business requirements, and develop effective design.
- Estimate efforts, assess the staffing requirements, collaborate with our IT partner(s) for resource allocation, and communicate & align the roadmap with business team and IT partner(s)
- Drive implementation of initiatives and sustaining operations
- Provide project management oversight on project plans, execution, and outcome.
- Collaborate and communicate on progress, risks with mitigation plan, and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant experience on designing and delivering technology solutions.
- 6+ years of experience working with Enterprise Business Applications such as SAP, Salesforce.com; Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Subscription Cloud, SaaS applications; and custom-built web application
- Minimum qualification plus
- 5+ years of specific experience designing, delivering, and operational solution at least 3 process areas out of Service Renewals, Subscription Management, Licensing, Customer Self-service, Salesforce Community Portal, and Asset & Contract management.
- Exhibit high degree of decision-making, judgment, and negotiation aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and drive solution delivery.
- Outstanding creative problem-solving skills having short-term and long-term perspectives of resolution.
- Strong project management skills
- Effective communication and influencing ability.
