40%-60% Occupational Therapist

Stony Brook Elementary School
Position requires the following:

• Knowledge and experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in an elementary school setting;
• Fulfill student IEP service delivery grids;
• Participation in the Special Education Team process;
• Conduct OT assessments, report writing, progress reports, and IEP development;
• Provide small group, individual, and inclusion OT services for students in Kindergarten through Grade 5;
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with other special educators, general education teachers, educational assistants, and caregivers;
• Flexibility and a positive attitude required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience as an Occupational Therapist; MA certification.
