SalaryDay-to-Day responsibilities for this position include:
- Conduct daily huddles to assign work, set goals, share information
- Accurately complete paperwork as required
- Verification of correct Job Traveler information
- Competent with E2 to audit time tickets
- Other duties as assigned
- Present on the floor to coach quality and productivity
- Verify parts are running at rate; provide technical support as needed
- Quality audits on production lines multiple times daily to ensure work instructions are being followed
- Provide daily communication relating to safety, quality, delivery, maintenance, and HR related information.
- Support material handling to ensure parts are always at machines
