Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure the produced goods meet manufacturing specifications.
- Read drawings to determine appropriate measurements/parts/fittings/packing in production.
- Lift, stoop, and assemble products with instruction.
- Check minimum 2% of produced goods daily.
- Check and monitor label placement.
- Fill out inspection reports.
- Communicate any major and critical issues immediately to production Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality Coordinator and Supervisor.
- Take pictures to document findings.
- Assist in completing Foam audits on mattress line.
- Assist with IKEA visits.
- Staying over and arriving early with IKEA demands, and current workload.
- After completing your daily tasks you must clean your entire work area and make sure it is free of clutter and debris.
- Check isles, walkways, panel boxes and fire extinguishers to make sure they are free and clear of product and clutter.
- Completing all tasks as delegated by the supervising authority.
- Effectively managing time and meeting all specified deadlines
