A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MACHINE TECHNICIAN I / PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

As a Machine Technician I / Production Machine Operator, you play a valuable role on the frontline of producing and packaging our famous products. You become an expert on at least one type of key production machinery, performing basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.

When needed, you perform changeovers from running one product to another along with the required washes. You also take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment while following all regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MACHINE TECHNICIAN I / PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to be fully trained in the operation of one production machines
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test

A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Are you attentive to safety? Can you focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment? Are you organized and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks? MANUFACTURING WORK SCHEDULE
