Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the art team/director to develop visually stunning environment images.
• Master the necessary tools and software to excel in your role.
• Innovate and implement new tools and functionality in Unreal Engine using blueprints.
• Partner with our in-house developer team to streamline workflows through tool creation.
• Design captivating interiors and exteriors that engage audiences.
• Model, UV, and texture assets to meet project requirements.
• Light environment scenes to achieve desired mood and atmosphere.
• Adapt quickly to feedback in a fast-paced production environment.
• Break down complex systems into manageable processes for efficient execution.
• Research and develop workflows and processes tailored to different toolsets.
• Collaborate with our coding team to troubleshoot custom tools and assets.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated 2+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, complemented by familiarity with Blueprints within the Unreal Engine environment.
• Proficiency in asset creation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, etc.
• Experience with texture creation using Photoshop, Substance Painter, or similar programs.
• Strong creative vision with an eye for design, composition, and detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: Hourly $21 - $25 per hour based upon qualifications
