Concordia at Sumner is seeking to hire a Director of Admissions.
Concordia at Sumner is a picturesque Continuing Care Retirement Community in quaint Copley, Ohio. We offer Independent, Assisted, and Skilled Nursing Care which allows our residents to embrace life with the goal of maintaining safety and independence.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Healthcare background required, AL, SNF, or rehab experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medical Assistance, HMOs, MCOs, and commercial insurance plans is a plus.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Strong relationship building and customer service.
- Commitment to serving residents and their families.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medication costs as well as regulations preferred.
The Director of Admissions is responsible for coordinating all Health Center admissions, which includes Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. This begins with gathering preadmission information and continues through communicating with and touring prospective residents, patients, and families until their admission to Concordia at Sumner. The Director of Admissions will work in tandem with the Hospital Liaison as well as communicate as part of the team entrusted with the high quality care of our residents and patients.
This position is predominantly Monday-Friday but will require some evenings and on call responsibilities every other weekend.
