Primary Function:
The mission of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist is to work with the team to efficiently create accurate structural BIM models and construction documents for buildings in Revit.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal and external team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and per plan
• Create efficient and accurate construction documents and BIM models of buildings that accurately integrate design team models, construction drawings, verbal instructions, and redline mark-ups of building structures

Necessary Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, with college, technical, or vocational training preferred
• Minimum of two years creating structural building models
• Strong command of Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills
•    Understanding and command of building construction and structural engineering terminology
