$37,500 Cleaning Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervisory responsibilities:

· Supervises cleaning crew for completion of daily and summer task lists as specified for your location.

· Provides ongoing feedback to team members regarding their quality and performance level.

· Coordinates cleaning around special events.

· Conducts hands on General Cleaner Duties (See G.C. Job Description.)

· Substitutes for absent employees providing hands on assistance to get the tasks completed.

· Ensures cleaning specifications are strictly followed, reporting any deficiencies to management.

· Monitors, plans and prepares for all afternoon and evening school or community functions in the school buildings.

· Oversees cleaning equipment and supply inventory. Checks supply inventory and safe working condition of equipment.

· Consistently communicates with manager regarding re-stocking of inventory, replacement or repairs of equipment, personnel issues, customer interactions and procedural changes to ensure the best service to our customer.

· Checks building security – locks doors, closes windows, turn off lights, etc.

Education:

· High School Education or GED completed.

Experience:

· 3-5 years general cleaning with additional responsibilities helpful.
