As an On-Site Supervisor with Clean Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our accounts.

We are currently looking for an On-Site Supervisor in the Canton, OH area.

We rely on our Supervisors to:

Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates Control labor and supply costs Identify areas where further training is necessary, identify and retain all-star employees Ensure the account is adequately stocked Work together with your team and management to provide effective communication Manage your time and prioritize a daily agenda

Job Qualifications:

• Skilled at making quality decisions
• Ability to give and receive feedback efficiently and effectively
• Apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
• Effective time management and scheduling
• Monitor on-site team and provide constructive positive feedback
• Able to work Monday through Friday 6PM-10PM
• Position starts ASAP
