The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for supply chain management in the distribution center. Their duties and responsibilities include to help the operations manager with supervising employees and evaluating their performance, meeting safety regulations, and monitoring deliveries and shipments. They will also help with administrative tasks such as sales order and purchase order processing along with processing of all RMAs’. This role applies to those with excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and strong attention details.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 11:00pm

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work on-site at the Millcraft division located at:
3423 Southpark Pl Suite D, Grove City, OH 43123
Responsibilities
- Lead to enhance communication between the warehouse, customer service, sales and purchasing.
- Communicate and coordinate with other divisions, stores and support departments for any discrepancies locally or shorts externally.
- Help manage an accurate, revolving inventory and rigorously investigate any discrepancies.
- Document freight discrepancies, damages and or wrong product collaborating with operations manager, purchasing and customer service to resolve any issues.
- Process paperwork of RMA's and RTV's
- Help identify, address and provide solutions to operational and logistical challenges and problems.
- Morning breakdown process
- Pick orders accurately from inventory locations via RF equipment.
- Collaborate with Operations manager in coordinating safety meetings and create presentations and procedures
- Support and drive operational changes to build a continuous improvement culture for the betterment
- Ensure all personnel comprehend safety regulations
- Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse activities.
- Maintain and develop positive business relationships with customers, vendors and their distribution chains
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skill
- Attention to detail, organization and project management skills
- Proven ability to read and interpret printed orders and direction
- Demonstrated record of safety and quality control
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
- Regularly exhibits a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
- Perform duties under minimal direction
- High sense of urgency and be able to multi-task competing priorities
- Excellent attendance record.
- Must have proficient math skills
- Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 50lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a team lead or supervisor role
- Minimum 1 warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year experience with Forklift
- Minimum 1 year experience with Pallet Jacks
- Minimum 1 years experience with Reach Trucks preferred

Compensation:
