Lead – Job Description

Trademark Global, headquartered in Lorain, OH, is a leading developer and supplier of branded consumer goods sold through the top 200 U.S. online retailers, such as Amazon and Walmart.com, and product categories include housewares, home décor, home textile, pet care, games, toys, sporting goods, and hardware etc. with significant growth opportunities.

Responsibilities and qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written

• Strong, proven leadership skills
• Must be able to stand/sit for 8 hours or more a day
• Must be able to follow all OSHA safety guidelines
• Must be organized
• High standard of quality
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to read product and shelving labels at a distance
• Must be able to frequently twist, reach, bend, and squat
• Ability to meet or exceed predetermined goals
• Quickly adapt to change
• Willingness to assist other departments and associates
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft systems/software (including Excel)
• Strong sense of urgency
• Must have at least 1 year of related experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
